The boys like to remove the seaweed wrappings from their rice cracker snacks. As you can tell by their faces, this is serious work.

I got a frozen caramel smoothy at panera the other day while I worked. I wonder if people use these for felching.
We visited our not-so-local local Asian grocery store the other day and were greeted by samples of a Korean noodle soup (aka ramen). The boys loved it so we picked up a few packs. Once home, I inspected the nutritional info and it looks like we may be making a switch sometime very soon. Our old standard ramen has 21 grams of fat per bag; the ‘new’ ramen only 1 gram of fat.
I also find the “slurping is allowed” tagline an interesting show of culture. Had it been Japanese, it probably would have read “slurping is mandatory.” Japanese is the only culture I know of that allows (and almost requires) slurping of noodles as a sign of “well done” to the cook.
This breakfast was made courtesy of Pillsbury. Because I am too GD lazy but I wanted something warm, toasty and artery-cloggingly good this morning.
Our country is taking the war on obesity very seriously; it has added another meal to our day.
